Amazing tour - the guide is very energetic and informative. We had the tour in the rain and I still loved it! If you are visiting Bari definitely attend the tour - it makes exploring the old town afterwards very interesting 🙂

I've joined “The Jungle” Free Walking Tour, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bari. On the tour you can learn about the touristic part of the and get lots of recommendations, like bakeries and bars where locals go.

Great experience We had a two hour walk starting from the old town to Murat. Our guide Fabrizio gave an enthusiastic presentation not only of the historical facts and sights but also about the barese spirit and life style. Meeting the guy that is the ice dealer for the whole town (there is actually an ice dealer, yes) and the lady making orecchiette pasta on the street is something you hardly find on your own and cannot simply google out. While Fabrizio was talking about how orecchiette are served a couple of old ladies started to shout their best recepies from their window - it's just priceless. After having around 20 free walking tours around the world that was probably one of the most authentic, enthusiastic, relaxed and friendly walks ever. Fabrizio was kindly providing good advices for foodies and the things to do, not only in the town but also in the rest of Puglia region.

Anna was our tour guide for the free tour of Bari, and she was fantastic. This was a wonderful introduction to Bari, and Anna was great at engaging the group, offering nuggets of information I would never have known, and I left with a much better appreciation and understanding of the city. I highly recommend this tour, and a friendly reminder to all fellow travellers that though the tour is free to bring some cash to tip your guide- they’re SO worth it!

Sciamainne! Let's go! If you come to Bari for the first time this walking tour is a must! Fabrizio was an enthusiastic and informative guide. One of the best walking tours I've been on. There are no toilets near the start of the walk but around halfway there's an opportunity to stop for the toilet and buy some water, coffee, etc.

Best way to visit Bari We loved our Free Walking Tour with Fabrizio. Best way to visit Bari Vecchia and a bit of the new city as well. We didn't expect to enter the Cathedral, that was a nice plus of the tour since usually free walking tours don't include going into buildings.

One of the best free walking tour I've ever had! Our guide Fabrizio was very entertaining and guided our tour with passion and in a funny way:). The tour last for over 2 hours. He speaks english fluently so there were no problems with understanding. He was also eager to answer a lot of extra questions so do not hesitate to ask one!

He pointed out several places that were worth visiting another time for a more leisurely look (We took note to go back to the Palazzo dell'Acquedotto Pugliese which was open weekend mornings) We were contacted several days in advance to let us know that the tour would be leaving an hour earlier than previously advised because of the high temperatures, which was definitely sensible as it was so so hot. Would definitely recommend.

Fascinating tour with Michele this morning. Brought the history and present of Bari alive really quickly. A lovely and unique city and the perfect way to see it. A great business model too, curiously and satisfyingly rooted in the Barese culture of independence and resistance to whatever prevailing authority has happened to attempt to impose itself on the city (and there have been a few!).

My husband and I had a fantastic time with Adriano on our free walking tour in Bari. He had plenty of knowledge, and delivered it all with enthusiasm which made it exciting and fun!
