This was a wonderful introduction to Bari, and Anna was great at engaging the group, offering nuggets of information I would never have known, and I left with a much better appreciation and understanding of the city. I highly recommend this tour, and a friendly reminder to all fellow travellers that though the tour is free to bring some cash to tip your guide- they’re SO worth it!

Great experience We had a two hour walk starting from the old town to Murat. Our guide Fabrizio gave an enthusiastic presentation not only of the historical facts and sights but also about the barese spirit and life style. Meeting the guy that is the ice dealer for the whole town (there is actually an ice dealer, yes) and the lady making orecchiette pasta on the street is something you hardly find on your own and cannot simply google out. While Fabrizio was talking about how orecchiette are served a couple of old ladies started to shout their best recepies from their window - it's just priceless. After having around 20 free walking tours around the world that was probably one of the most authentic, enthusiastic, relaxed and friendly walks ever. Fabrizio was kindly providing good advices for foodies and the things to do, not only in the town but also in the rest of Puglia region.

The best free tour ever! Amazing! We did this tour with Fabrizio and it was just perfect. Funny, interesting and full of historical details, we had a great time and would totally recommend this to every tourist visiting Bari. Best way to visit Bari We loved our Free Walking Tour with Fabrizio. Best way to visit Bari Vecchia and a bit of the new city as well. We didn't expect to enter the Cathedral, that was a nice plus of the tour since usually free walking tours don't include going into buildings.

We were so fortunate to have Anna as our guide for a small private "culinary" tour of Bari. Let me begin by saying that we returned to our cruise ship absolutely stuffed with the most remarkable foods. Anna was fantastic; smart, funny, enthusiastic and knowledgeable of all things Bari. She's lived her for 20 years and it shows. We had the best focaccia ever and an incredible lunch spread (could not come close to finishing it). The old part of Bari was also delightful to explore with Anna, and especially so on a beautiful day. You will be especially fortunate if you can get her as a guide. Her tour was an absolute highlight of our trip.

We had a great walk with Giuseppe through the old streets of Bari. His profound knowledge and his personal stories made this walking tour very special. We would recommend this tour to everyone who is interested in a real Barese experience than in just another commercial walking tour!

One of the best tours we've had (trust me, we've had quite a few around Europe)! Fabrizio was super enthusiastic, knowledgeable and kept our attention going despite the scorching sun and the city noises around us. The tour lasts around 2h and he made it fun all along, also didn't hesitate to stay longer to answer all additional questions people had. Really really recommended to anyone going to Bari! ⭐

The most important things at first: we got to know where to get the best pizza, panini and gelato in Bari. How? By having a really awesome tour by Adriano! He was really passionate about telling the story of bari and showing us the different parts of the city. Book this tour in your first day - an you have a good amount of inspirations for your holiday. I really love the concept of the free walking Tours and was not disappointed again! Our tour guide was great and one could tell that he does the tours with all of his heart. It was really interesting to get to know Bari from someone that grew up here and to get some helpful tips. Would definitely recommend.

We were guided by Fabrizio. A wonderful, funny and friendly guy who spent about two hours with our group of 12 people from various countries of the world. He spoke English very well and his descriptions were brief, interesting and to the point. No pressure to pay anything at all. Only pay voluntarily. One word of caution: they start the tour at the harbour but they end it at the modern Bari area. So allow half hour of extra walking!

I had a great time at the tour and Michele has offered his knowledge in a cool, fun and light way. He introduced to us the locals and their habits but the best part of it was that I got to meet a lot of great people. Thank you for the beautiful day!

I've joined “The Jungle” Free Walking Tour, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bari. On the tour you can learn about the touristic part of the and get lots of recommendations, like bakeries and bars where locals go.

Adriano was fantastic. Gave a real insight into Bari and gave a really good flavour of what it was like to be a local in the old town. Good information was given on historical sights and tried to make the tour interactive.

Big shoutout for his ability to lead a group in a nice, interactive way while still making sure we learn something about the city's history, culture and heritage. I especially liked the way the historical outline was presented... but no spoilers here, I really recommend to join the tour and of course tip the guide generously at the end!

My husband and I had a fantastic time with Adriano on our free walking tour in Bari. He had plenty of knowledge, and delivered it all with enthusiasm which made it exciting and fun! One of the best free walking tour I've ever had! Our guide Fabrizio was very entertaining and guided our tour with passion and in a funny way:). The tour last for over 2 hours. He speaks english fluently so there were no problems with understanding. He was also eager to answer a lot of extra questions so do not hesitate to ask one!

Amazing tour - the guide is very energetic and informative. We had the tour in the rain and I still loved it! If you are visiting Bari definitely attend the tour - it makes exploring the old town afterwards very interesting 🙂

Excellent We really enjoyed this tour with Francesco walking through old town Bari. There was a lot to see in the two hours it took and the commentary was very interesting. He pointed out several places that were worth visiting another time for a more leisurely look (We took note to go back to the Palazzo dell'Acquedotto Pugliese which was open weekend mornings) We were contacted several days in advance to let us know that the tour would be leaving an hour earlier than previously advised because of the high temperatures, which was definitely sensible as it was so so hot. Would definitely recommend.

Sciamainne! Let's go! If you come to Bari for the first time this walking tour is a must! Fabrizio was an enthusiastic and informative guide. One of the best walking tours I've been on. There are no toilets near the start of the walk but around halfway there's an opportunity to stop for the toilet and buy some water, coffee, etc.
