Sciamainne! Let's go! If you come to Bari for the first time this walking tour is a must! Fabrizio was an enthusiastic and informative guide. One of the best walking tours I've been on. There are no toilets near the start of the walk but around halfway there's an opportunity to stop for the toilet and buy some water, coffee, etc.

Amazing! We did this tour with Fabrizio and it was just perfect. Funny, interesting and full of historical details, we had a great time and would totally recommend this to every tourist visiting Bari. One of the best tours we've had (trust me, we've had quite a few around Europe)! Fabrizio was super enthusiastic, knowledgeable and kept our attention going despite the scorching sun and the city noises around us. The tour lasts around 2h and he made it fun all along, also didn't hesitate to stay longer to answer all additional questions people had. Really really recommended to anyone going to Bari! ⭐

Anna was our tour guide for the free tour of Bari, and she was fantastic. This was a wonderful introduction to Bari, and Anna was great at engaging the group, offering nuggets of information I would never have known, and I left with a much better appreciation and understanding of the city. I highly recommend this tour, and a friendly reminder to all fellow travellers that though the tour is free to bring some cash to tip your guide- they’re SO worth it!

We booked the tour because in our opinion these free tours in cities all around the world are usually done by dedicated people that love to present their city with all its sights, secrets and curiosities. This tour is no exception: Our guide Michele was eloquent, knowledgeable and funny. From history, everday life, city culture, architecture and the traditional food - he gave us a wonderful insight in the city of Bari!

We were so fortunate to have Anna as our guide for a small private "culinary" tour of Bari. Let me begin by saying that we returned to our cruise ship absolutely stuffed with the most remarkable foods. Anna was fantastic; smart, funny, enthusiastic and knowledgeable of all things Bari. She's lived her for 20 years and it shows. We had the best focaccia ever and an incredible lunch spread (could not come close to finishing it). The old part of Bari was also delightful to explore with Anna, and especially so on a beautiful day. You will be especially fortunate if you can get her as a guide. Her tour was an absolute highlight of our trip.

Great experience We had a two hour walk starting from the old town to Murat. Our guide Fabrizio gave an enthusiastic presentation not only of the historical facts and sights but also about the barese spirit and life style. Meeting the guy that is the ice dealer for the whole town (there is actually an ice dealer, yes) and the lady making orecchiette pasta on the street is something you hardly find on your own and cannot simply google out. While Fabrizio was talking about how orecchiette are served a couple of old ladies started to shout their best recepies from their window - it's just priceless. After having around 20 free walking tours around the world that was probably one of the most authentic, enthusiastic, relaxed and friendly walks ever. Fabrizio was kindly providing good advices for foodies and the things to do, not only in the town but also in the rest of Puglia region.

Free Walking Tour of Bari Our guide was Fabrizio. Big shoutout for his ability to lead a group in a nice, interactive way while still making sure we learn something about the city's history, culture and heritage. I especially liked the way the historical outline was presented... but no spoilers here, I really recommend to join the tour and of course tip the guide generously at the end!

A must do trip, early in your stay in Bari This is a 'must do' excursion as early as you can after arriving in Bari. Our guide Adriano was superb. We now know where to go back to, to spend more time exploring, and where to eat and drink like locals. Navigating the old town is tricky as there are dozens of narrow streets and alleys. We got to see the hidden gens like the one of the local women making the Barese pasta called Orrechiette. There's also an interactive history lesson!

Adriano was fantastic. Gave a real insight into Bari and gave a really good flavour of what it was like to be a local in the old town. Good information was given on historical sights and tried to make the tour interactive.

Excellent We really enjoyed this tour with Francesco walking through old town Bari. There was a lot to see in the two hours it took and the commentary was very interesting. He pointed out several places that were worth visiting another time for a more leisurely look (We took note to go back to the Palazzo dell'Acquedotto Pugliese which was open weekend mornings) We were contacted several days in advance to let us know that the tour would be leaving an hour earlier than previously advised because of the high temperatures, which was definitely sensible as it was so so hot. Would definitely recommend.

I really love the concept of the free walking Tours and was not disappointed again! Our tour guide was great and one could tell that he does the tours with all of his heart. It was really interesting to get to know Bari from someone that grew up here and to get some helpful tips. Would definitely recommend.
