The Cin Cin Bari food tour is the perfect solution for couples or groups of travelers who want to experience a classic Bari aperitif like a local.
Cin Cin Bari lasts approximately 2 and a half hours and includes:
- guided tour of Bari Vecchia and the Murat district, with interactive storytelling enriched by historical readings, games and videos
- aperitif with a view of the Bari seafront in one of the most exclusive venues in the Murat district, accompanied by a glass of “classic method” Apulian wine or Champenois and homemade Bari focaccia
Bite-Bari
The Bite Bari food tour, in its Light and Hard versions, is the perfect itinerary for travelers who want to taste the best specialties of Bari cuisine… from sweet to savory!
Bite Bari Light Version lasts approximately 3 hours and includes:
- guided tour of Bari Vecchia and the Murat district, with interactive storytelling enriched by historical readings, games and videos
- breakfast with coffee and typical pastries from Bari, including the famous pasticciotto or the tette della monaca
- tasting of homemade focaccia and calzone with onions filling
- tasting of Apulian mozzarella and local cheeses, accompanied by taralli, olives, homemade vegetables in oil, ham and local cured meats
- drinks (wine, beer or soft drinks)
- end of the meal with Limoncello
By choosing to start the Bite Bari Light Version tour in the afternoon, breakfast will be replaced with a tasting of figs and Sciacquetta Bari.
The Bite Bari Hard Version food tour lasts approximately 3 and a half hours and includes all the activities present in the Light version with the addition of
- tasting of fish tartare or aubergine parmigiana, with matching Apulian wine
- taste of local deep fried panzerotto
- dessert with ice cream or fresh seasonal fruit
